Return & Refund Policy for Ballroom Dresses

Below are the terms of Return and Refund Policy. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy.

Purchase items

We only want you to be pleased and satisfied with your purchase, for some reason you feel this dress, shoes or accessories does not meet your needs we have the following return policy. You have 5 Business days (which means weekends are included, giving almost a week) after received products and/or merchandise to return it. Beyond the 5 business days you are accepting the product and any refund or exchange option will expire. We require Returns Shipped by USPS Priority 2-Day (or FEDEX or UPS Next day) before refund will be process. Shipping will not be included in your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the dresses and will ship the dress with tracking confirmation to ensure return. You are responsible for loss/theft during return shipping and should insure the package if necessary. Shipping must be dated on or before the 5 Business day expires. Please provide us notice of return, reason and tracking number/carrier company selected to info@ZSBallroom.com. For us to accept the return, items should come back to us in the condition we shipped it to you.  We will know if item has been worn and will void any refund. Altering dress or dry cleaning will damage the dress and void refund. We have a professional hand clean all our dresses, please do not attempt cleaning. We do hold back 10% of the cost of items as restocking. We do not offer refunds on Sales or Clearance items.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND OR NOT DO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL MARKET. THIS RULES ONLY APPLY FOR US DOMESTIC MARKET.

Rental Agreement and Policy

1)          Rental is good for 4 business days (Monday-Friday), rental starts on the day you receive item. Note that we have to date not had an issue with delivery dates, please allow extra time to ship so you do not miss your event window. We use USPS Priority 2 Day. All rental fees due from the Renter must be paid in full at the time of the reservation to hold the dress for Renter’s event dates. The dresses are not considered reserved until full payment is made; the reservation will be cancelled if payment if not received.

2)          Additional rental days are available upon request for an additional fee as specified on the item webpage or for more information email us at info@ZSBallroom.com.

3)          No cleaning is required, we will clean all dresses upon return, you are not required or encouraged to clean as the process is complicated and could damage the garment.

4)          Return shipping is included in your rental. Return shipping label for rental will be included in your order, please note above in 1) on timing so you can make your event. Renter will return/ship the dresses back to ZS Ballroom no later than the specified return date with the included shipping label. Renter is responsible for the safe return of the dresses and will ship the dress with tracking confirmation to ensure return. Renter is responsible for loss/theft during return shipping and should insure the package if necessary. Dresses not returned via 2 Day shipping on or before the specified date will be charged $50 per day, for each dress sent late, until the dress is received, which will be due immediately and deducted from the security deposit. Late fees are strictly enforced

The Renter agrees to the following: Please keep in mind that we are Renting you a dress that has a greater value than the rental charge.

• Please wear underwear while wearing all dresses for hygienic reasons
• Tanning makeup products are not permitted. Damages to the dress will result in additional fees or the cost of replacement of the dress
• Dresses will not be altered by renter and dresses must be not be damaged upon return. Damage fees will be applied for alteration will be withheld from any deposit. If dress is permanently altered, Renter will be charged the full price of the dress
• Cancellation prior to 14 days prior to event/shipping date, will incur 10% of rental fee. Security deposit will be fully refunded once dress is received
• Renters must be at least 18 years of age; however, parents can approve rentals for their children
• $100 refundable security deposit. Any late return fees or damage fees will be removed from the security deposit. We strive to refund all to you within 5-7 days from return of the dress
• Any requirements to collect damages or fees, rental agrees to pay for all cost of collection. All meaning fees, including attorneys’ costs.
• Dresses and accessories not returned after 7 days will be charged the full purchase price of the dress

TANNING, BODY & HAIR PRODUCTS INCLUDING TIGHTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE 

READING THESE TERMS RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS ALL CONDITIONS. RENTER WILL ACCEPT AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS BY CREATING A RENTAL REQUEST FOR A RESERVATION ON A DRESS.

Return & Refund Policy for Miari Dancewear Practice Wear

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received  your Miari merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We do not refund the shipping cost.

Miari Dancewear normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to be deliver/ship.
